The location is great and the staff is wonderful. The breakfasts are nice and the rooms are tidy.

Location is good: on the margin of the Old Quarter and at a stone's throw to the pagoda on the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Description of a superior room is completely misleading. It does not measure 35 sq m as advertised, but more like 15-18 sq m. Contrary to what is claimed, there was no minibar, no safety box, no view (one window gave on the inner staircase!), no iron, no bathrobe, no kitchenette, no seating area, no slippers, no docking station. In reality, room was grim and oldish with a gloomy cold bathroom and insufficient hot water flow.

the staff were all very friendly and efficient with good english.the buffet breakfat was very good
the only thig I did not like was the noise of traffic outside in Su Lo st,with so many cars sounding horns even in the middle of the night.If I was staying longer I would have requested a room change to the rear of the hotel.Indochina I(same group) is in a quieter location

Very helpful staff and good breakfast
The hotel driver was not at the airport, when we came. And he was late for 28 Minutes for departure flight.
